While the coffee was always available, the rooms could use some attention—my microwave didn’t work and the shower water was only lukewarm.

Just a solid selection for a temporary stay in Grovetown with outstanding value. I was really impressed with the customer service at check-in. they greeted me with a smile. Keep in mind, noisy neighbors can be a problem, so pack some earplugs.

Had a great shower, very hot water and powerful pressure, no complaints there! Also, the staff? Absolutely accommodating, they were fantastic with my kids and even took care of an emergency linen change like it was no problem at all.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, though for the experience it was still reasonable.

Had a great night here! The staff were super friendly & knew my name. The room was cozy with a bunch of different pillows to choose from. Breakfast was solid too—lots of options, including a snack bar! Only thing was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow sometimes.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Avid Hotel Augusta W, Grovetown, An Ihg Hotel. The modern decor was bright and inviting, while the spacious common areas made it easy for seniors like me to navigate comfortably.

More accessible seating in common areas would help.
